Add Beam Stock

This is the initial stage where new beam information is recorded into the system.

Input Fields (based on your app):

  • Date

  • Serial Number (Beam ID)

  • Meter Production (Beam length)

  • Quality (Yarn or Item Name)

  • Other (Additional details like Warp, Sizing)

  • Choose Type: BL in  Stock / BP / BR / BL

Load Beam

In this step, a beam is selected from the stock and assigned to a loom or production process.

Key Actions:

  • Select beam from existing Beam Stock (using Serial Number or Quality)

  • Assign to a Loom Number

  • Assign an Operator (optional)

  • Record Load Date and Time

Once the beam is loaded, it becomes a Bhiran and can be tracked for production usage.

Track the Following Details:

  • Serial Number (linked to Beam ID)

  • Loom Number

  • Quality

  • Total Beam Length (from stock)

  • Meters Used

  • Meters Remaining

  • Operator Name

  • Load Date and Time

  • Current Status: Running, Completed, Idle

Update Frequency:
Daily or hourly, depending on production activity.

Reports Generation

After collecting and updating all data, users can generate reports in PDF or Excel formats.

Export Options:

  • PDF: For printable, shareable reports for supervisors or clients.

  • Excel: For data analysis, calculations, filters, and record-keeping.

  • Date Range

  • Loom Number

  • Operator Name
